Millville is a city in Cache County, Utah, United States. The population was 1,829 at the 2010 census. It is included in the Logan, Utah-Idaho (partial) Metropolitan Statistical Area.

There were 405 housing units at an average density of 172.6 per square mile (66.5/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 96.75% White, 0.40% Native American, 0.33% Asian, 1.59% from other races, and 0.93% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.12% of the population.

There were 395 households out of which 59.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 83.5% were married couples living together, 6.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 8.4% were non-families. 7.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 2.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.82 and the average family size was 4.02.

In the city the population was spread out with 39.2% under the age of 18, 12.8% from 18 to 24, 25.3% from 25 to 44, 18.2% from 45 to 64, and 4.6% who were 65 years of age or older.
